NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

If you register for a program, except Summer Camp or Travelin Teens, and withdraw, a $10 processing fee will be withheld for each program and prorated if needed. The balance will be applied to your household account to use for a future program. If withdrawal is due to medical reasons, a prorated refund, less the processing fee will be issued upon receipt of doctor’s note. If the Park and Recreation Department cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.

Summer Camp and Travelin Teens cancellations MUST BE MADE 7 DAYS PRIOR to camp session start date. You will then be refunded MINUS THE $100.00 Non-refundable or Non-transferable Deposit. LESS THAN 7 DAYS notice will result in no refund. A medical cancellation will require a doctor’s note. Deposits will not be refunded for ANY reasons.
A processing fee of 3% will be charged as a separate transaction on your credit card bill, and will not appear on your final invoice.
